Release deep tension.
Restore natural alignment.

A fascia release method to help you move better, feel lighter and reconnect with your body — using precise tools and proven techniques.

You’re doing all the right things —

but your body still feels tight.

You stretch.

You move.

You’ve tried massage, foam rolling, maybe even breathwork.
But something still feels… off.

Like there’s tension you can’t quite reach.

A sense of being out of balance — even when you’re doing everything “right.”

This isn’t about a missing stretch.

It’s about the tissue underneath it all.

The missing link is fascia.

Fascia is your body’s connective web — the tissue that links muscles, bones, joints, and nerves into a single, responsive system.

When it’s healthy, fascia layers glide across each other with ease.

But when tension, dehydration, or poor movement patterns build up, those layers stick and bind — creating restriction you can feel, but can’t stretch away.

This animation shows exactly that: restricted fascia losing its glide.

Stretching often moves around the problem — but doesn’t resolve it.

This course teaches you how to use compression and shearing techniques to unwind adhesions and restore natural glide.

A guided fascia release method for real, lasting change.

This is a complete, step-by-step approach to unwinding chronic tension patterns through fascia-specific release work — using intelligent tools and structured techniques.

You’ll learn how to:

Target the major fascial lines that impact posture, pain, and movement

Use tools like a cork ball, Theracane, and wall mount to apply release techniques safely and effectively

Reconnect with areas that have gone offline — hips, spine, diaphragm, feet — and bring them back into flow

Shift your relationship with tension from “management” to resolution

Whether you're new to fascia or you’ve been working around it for years, this method meets you where you are.

This is for you if…

  • You feel chronically ‘tight’, compressed or misaligned even with regular movement

  • You’ve dealt with recurring injuries, pain or postural imbalances that don’t fully resolve

  • You’re curious about fascia and want a clear, practical way to work with it

  • You want to feel more connected, relaxed and fluid in your body

  • You understand that healthy fascia isn’t just about mobility — it’s essential for your body’s ability to repair, detox, regulate inflammation and generate energy.

Not just relief — realignment.

Fascia release isn’t just about getting rid of pain.

It’s about creating space.

Reorganizing structure.

Helping the body remember what balance feels like.

This method supports:

  • Postural integrity

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Lymphatic and fluid flow

  • Breath capacity

  • Energy recovery and output

  • Long-term structural health

What looked like health on the outside didn’t match how I felt inside

I’d been lifting, stretching and training consistently for years. But underneath the strength, my body was starting to unravel.

I was dealing with chronic back pain, high hamstring tendinopathy and a bout of injuries through my calves and hip flexors.

I couldn’t move the way I used to — and I couldn’t accept that this was just the norm.
Common? Yes. But not normal.

That’s when I discovered fascia — and everything shifted.

Learning how to release and retrain the fascial system changed my posture, eased pain and restored a sense of connection I hadn’t felt in years.

This work became the missing piece — and now it’s the foundation of what I teach.

Testimonials

Anna

“My body always felt stiff after exercise, my movements were quite restricted and my posture was all over the place! I had frequent pain in my upper back, especially around the traps. I also had numbness in one of my toes.

Since doing fascia release, the trap pain has become far less frequent, and I often feel instant relief after using the tools. The numbness in my toe completely disappeared within about five days of releasing the area. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my overall mobility — my body feels more open, breathing through the diaphragm is easier, and I feel much more limber when I’m exercising.

The techniques are explained really clearly, and after a couple of sessions, you start to get a better understanding of your body and where you personally need to focus. The tools are an amazing addition, they help you target specific areas with precision, making the release much more effective.

If you don’t think you need fascia work... you probably do! You end up discovering tight or dysfunctional areas that you didn’t even realise were contributing to your discomfort or movement issues. It’s genuinely the foundation for a functional body. I’d absolutely recommend trying it. The results speak for themselves, and it's incredible what you can unlock.”

Sam

“Before fascia release, I was twisted up from my hips to my neck. I was in daily agony and throwing my back out monthly, which made it hard to sit, sleep, and stay fit.

After Ashlie showed me my releases, things got worse at first as my body had to go through a massive realignment. But after a few weeks of daily 1-hour releases, my body began to work again. I wasn’t in pain and no longer throwing my back out.

It’s life-changing. Fully changes your understanding about the human body and how to release tension.”

FAQs

FAQ

Do I need experience with fascia work to take this course?

Not at all. The course is designed to guide you step-by-step — whether you’re brand new to fascia or already familiar with movement and bodywork. All techniques are clearly demonstrated, with cues to help you feel what’s happening in your body.

What tools do I need?

You’ll need a cork ball and custom wall mount, both included as part of the course toolkit. You’ll also use a Theracane (or similar tool, yoga block, foam roller, and a kettlebell or similar.

How much time does it take each week?

You can expect to spend 20–60 minutes per session, depending on your pace. Some people work through one fascia line per week; others take more time with each section or revisit sessions regularly. The course is flexible — it’s designed to fit into real life.

Will it hurt?

You might feel tenderness in areas of restriction, but this work should never feel sharp or forced. Fascia responds best when the nervous system feels safe — so we prioritise control, breath and staying within your comfort edge. You’ll be taught how to adjust pressure and position as needed.

How is this different from foam rolling or massage?

Foam rolling and massage can feel good short-term, but they often don’t reach the deeper, stuck layers of fascia — especially when the pressure isn’t sustained or directed at the right angle. This method uses targeted breathwork and precise compression along specific fascial lines to help restore glide and hydration where the tissue is truly bound. It’s not about pressing harder — it’s about working smarter, with techniques that create real structural change.

When will I start to notice a difference?

Many people feel subtle changes — like better breath, lightness or ease in the body — after the very first session. Structural shifts like posture, long-term pain relief and movement efficiency tend to build gradually over a few weeks or months  with consistent practice.

Is this safe if I have injuries, hypermobility or chronic conditions?

In most cases, yes. This work can support recovery and rebalance, especially when guided with awareness. However, if you’re managing a complex condition or working with a healthcare provider, it’s best to check with them before starting. The course prioritises controlled, intentional release over aggressive force.

What if I’ve tried fascia release before and it didn’t help?

Not all fascia work is the same. Many methods rely on general rolling or aggressive pressure without targeting the actual restriction. This course takes a different approach — combining myofascial line mapping, breath-led release and tool-based compression techniques to work with the fascia more precisely. The goal isn’t force — it’s to create glide, space and long-term change through intentional pressure and awareness.

How long will I have access to the course?

You’ll get lifetime access. That means you can go at your own pace, revisit any module and keep using the techniques long after the course is complete.

What if I’m unsure it’s right for me?

If you’re on the fence, start with the free 5-Minute Fascia Reset — a simple, guided release you can try today. It’ll give you a clear sense of the tone, tools and approach.
